    Duck Creek Technologies supports insurance companies across the globe with offices in North America, the UK and Europe, India, and Australia. Since the COVID-19 pandemic of 2020, Duck Creek has adopted a flexible-first work policy, with the vast majority of our nearly 2,000 employees working remotely. Our travel policy prioritizes limited, essential travel, further minimizing our environmental impact.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    As a flexible-first software company, Duck Creek maintains a relatively small carbon footprint. We have no manufacturing operations, no large-scale plants, and most of our US office locations have achieved LEED Gold certification, promoting healthier, more efficient office buildings while reducing carbon emissions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    In 2024, Duck Creek Technologies conducted its first-ever Greenhouse Gas (GHG) emissions survey, assessing 2023 data. This initiative sets the baseline of our efforts to enhance sustainability planning and establish a structured approach for ongoing emissions measurement. All calculations follow the Greenhouse Gas Protocol methodology, a globally recognized standard for measuring GHG emissions. These baseline insights will help shape our future sustainability initiatives and long-term reduction strategies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Duck Creek Technologies is committed to reducing our environmental impact through strategic partnerships, including collaboration with Microsoft on the development and deployment of our cloud-based SaaS and data management strategies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Additionally, we have signed the Vista Climate Pledge, reinforcing our commitment to annually measuring and offsetting carbon impact while setting both short- and long-term reduction targets. This pledge aligns with broader efforts across Vista\u2019s portfolio companies to drive meaningful climate action. Vista was among the first to sign the Net Zero Asset Managers initiative, committing to reduce portfolio-wide emissions by 50% by 2030 and achieve net-zero emissions by 2050.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
