Advanced and Agile Technology<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">BOSTON, Jan. 17, 2017 \u2013 Duck Creek Technologies\u2019 insurance claims software received an XCelent Award in Celent&#8217;s newly published report titled &#8220;Claims System Vendors North American P&#038;C Insurance 2016.\u201d The report, which profiles 30 claims systems offered in North America, can be viewed <a href=\"http:\/\/celent.com\/reports\/claims-system-vendors-north-american-pc-insurance-2016\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">here<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><a href=\"\/product\/claims-management-software\/\">Duck Creek Claims<\/a> took the top honor for \u201c<a href=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/01\/Celent-Claims-Sys-Vendors-NA-2016-Duck-Creek-Reprint.pdf\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" target=\"_blank\">Advanced and Agile Technology<\/a>,\u201d based on the following criteria:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n\n<li>The configurability of the solution<\/li>\n\n\n<li>Methods to extend or modify the data model<\/li>\n\n\n<li>Methods for testing changes<\/li>\n\n\n<li>The approach to versioning and how this influences the development, deployment, and rollback of change<\/li>\n\n\n<li>Methods for reuse of definitions and rules<\/li>\n\n\n<li>Scalability and support for cloud deployment<\/li>\n\n\n<li>Reference comments<\/li>\n\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cWe are honored to receive this XCelent Award, which recognizes our efforts to deliver the most technologically advanced, flexible and functionality-rich claims software with every deployment,\u201d said Patti Griffin, chief product officer, Duck Creek Technologies. \u201cInsurers can transform their businesses by increasing operational efficiencies and preparing for future demand and opportunities with the right technology.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In the report, Celent said, \u201cDuck Creek Claims is one of the strongest claims solutions available in North America,\u201d adding, \u201cDuck Creek Claims has a high level of usability with many thoughtfully designed screens. For example, the FNOL screens have a checkbox \u2018progress panel.\u2019 An easy to read agenda screen has a left side date list and color-coded tasks.
